Many psychological barriers can weigh down life.  I support people as they engage in the resolution of symptoms from grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression.  I assist people as they move through life changes, work-related stresses, and ending or shifting work careers.    Empowering occurs as I assist people in strengthening their self-worth, cultural identity, and clarity around their sexual orientation and gender identity.  

I believe that working towards resolving life conflicts or stresses leads to the path of peace, freedom, and emotional stability that resides within oneself.  The process begins by clearing away negative thoughts and beliefs that hinder unfolding one’s inner truth.
